Is there really a free plan forever?
Yes — the Starter plan is free with no time limit. You won't need a credit card and we won't auto-upgrade you. It gives you the core tracking features to get started, with the option to upgrade when you're ready.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. If you cancel, your account moves to the Starter tier and you retain access to your last 7 days of history. You can export your full data at any time before cancellation.
Do clients need their own subscription?
Clients working with a Coach plan subscriber get a free Pro Athlete account included — no extra charge. The coach plan covers their access while they're under your coaching.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves you 20% on both the Pro Athlete and Coach plans. Annual pricing is $182/yr for Pro and $568/yr for Coach. Contact us for enterprise annual pricing.
